Delete your account and data

Voltz: Circuit Simulator is published by Pixoby. This page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it.

What is stored

• Circuits are saved only on your device. Delete them from the Circuits tab (long press a circuit, then Delete), or uninstall the app to remove all of them.
• Your account is created automatically and anonymously the first time you open the app. If you choose to sign in, it also holds your email address.
• Questions about your circuits (your questions and the AI answers) and your Community posts, likes and reports are stored on our server and linked to your account.

Delete from the app (signed-in accounts)

1. Open Voltz and tap the profile icon at the top of the Circuits tab.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete Your Account and confirm.

Your account, your questions and answers and your Community posts, likes and reports are deleted from our server right away. You can also remove a single shared circuit from its page in the Community.

Delete by email (any account, including anonymous ones)

Email info@pixoby.space with the subject "Voltz data deletion". If you never signed in, include the approximate date you started using the app and your device model so we can find your anonymous account. We delete the account and everything linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat as required for accounting and tax law. Anonymous analytics and crash reports are kept according to each provider's retention settings and are not linked to your name or email. Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting your account: manage it in your Google Play account settings.
